Abstract |
In this article, the authors give a criminological description of modern women's crime in the Russian Federation as a basis for the subsequent development of a system of measures for its prevention, prevention and counteraction. Quantitative indicators of the level of female crime over the past decade are given, which allow us to assess its trends and dynamics. Based on the specific features of women's crime, its structure is analyzed, which identifies self-serving and violent crimes, and names the types of crimes mainly committed by women, negative tendencies of female criminal behavior are emphasized. Authors argues that the convergence of the qualitative characteristics of female and male crime, increased violence in female crime, the strengthening of the professionalism and organization of the women's criminal environment, growth, recurrence, rejuvenation of the subjects of the crimes indicate the increased social danger of this phenomenon. Attention is drawn to the special danger of female alcoholism and drug addiction as aggravating attributes of female crime. |
